Once Upon a Time (anyone?)

Rate this Entry
A drama series based on the infamous folklore of the Brothers Grimm.

Wouldn't have given that description the time of day alone, but for whatever reason.....I love this show >.>
There was a plan to insert the trailer into this blog and it had been shattered by the recent discovery of how horrible the trailers are.

Also, there's this guy:
Spoiler: undefined

Prior to the role he plays in this drama series, to me, he had always been that ******* that played that ******* who abandoned his wife in 28 Weeks Later, minus Formula 51.

And with that said I must say that this is an actor who has hides his power level well. He goes all out in Once and it's unbelievable.

And now I eat my fried shrimp curry :3

Robert Carlyle has some great roles (he play a Bond villain), I can't believe it took you this long to realize that he is so good

    or how about

OUAT isn't based on the Brothers Grimm, that is the TV show Grimm.

But yeah, OUAT is good, and he plays the best character in the show.

OUAT isn't based on anything...it just mixes most of known tales where at some point is good but in other parts is bad...

Alice's death was no one's fault, but her own. Don did nothing wrong.

    Rumple <3

OUAT is pretty amazing, but I'm not liking how the current season started. Not sure if you're caught up, so I'll save the specifics.

I love OUAT. Sure the green screens look bad and some of the acting is subpar (Im looking at you Emma and Henry) but there are two reasons why I cant stop watching. 1) Rumple and 2) Regina. These two practically carry the entire show. They are THAT good. Theyre the most interesting characters in the series and I genuinely feel for them as opposed to the "good guys". Snow White and David can be SO annoying sometimes.

@Zenacalelith: I've ran into that movie more than one time or another and I can't bring myself to watch it. Gotta see that Bond movie though.

@Omega - You make me want to rewatch that movie although I'm pretty sure my feelings about that character won't change.

    @Badsha: I'm 3 episodes into S3. So far it's met my satisfaction.

@Pumpkin: Emma? Subpar acting? I feel ya, but Henry? Naw dah. Henry is the Yoda of this story, he just can't hold all those midichlorians. Snow and Charming are bound to be hated characters because most of us can't identify with that degree of "purity". They're na´ve laced with wishful thinking. They've still got their own heartbreaks in the cause and they're just as necessary as Rumple and the Queen. Don't know what else the writers can do with them.

I think making Snow and Charming stronger would've helped. Their purity aside, it would be nice to take a sigh of relief knowing that those two will save the day. But as it is now, the weiters only have rumple and regina to depend on.

I agree. Snow should have some weird "white" magic spell or something. And it wouldn't hurt if Charming had obese swordsmanship.

the comic series fables does these characters more justice.
