I was at my parents a while ago, helping my dad clean out the garage. He's the type of guy who buys stuff impulsively because "he's gonna use it aaaall the time." I did it. I finally signed up for a gym. Already got a gym partner!
Why? Well, I had to be weighed at the hospital a while ago and right now, I'm at 90 kg (198 lbs) standing at 1.88 metres (6'2") tall. My goal is to go at least 4 hours a week, eat less and lose at least 10 kg in the next year.
