    Ragnarok Three - Euphoria's Wink
    Regis, Tylor, Miles, Juri

The boy named Miles sat in his lonesome within the bar. It seemed eerily... well... eerie in the bar. Twas filled with no gooders, and do badders, and goodless do badders and the like. The boy was definitely out of place, but thought why not have a bit of jest while he waited for his drink. He eyed a fellow eating slop from a tray of food. The man was portly... he was burly... and downright fat. Every time he aimed to eat, the young boy, discreetly using his webbing, tugged the man's tray of food just slightly out of reach. Miles did this for a bit of time before the man at the bar began speaking aloud. He spoke of a man whom he had set a bounty upon, a large bounty at that. All he wanted in return was the man's head and his devil fruit.

Miles was a good boy... a mischievous teenager, but a good boy as a whole. He wasn't going to bring a man's head to another... not without good reason at least. The bounty was large, much more than Miles had ever earned through selling his silk. Though a lucrative business, it often brought him into very bad places, not unlike this very bar. Should he be able to obtain such a bounty, he'd no longer have to do such a task as weaving and selling silk. He could retire at 15... wow, what a dream.

Suddenly the boy was very interested in this proposition, but as mentioned, Miles is a good boy. He'd at least like to know if the target was a baddy daddy before attempting to remove the man's head and deliver it to another. His hand quickly jerked upward, attempting to raise his hand to ask questions, a habit instilled in his days in the Oracle Academy. However, he forgot he had webbing attached to a fatty's tray of food. The rapid raising of his hand launched the tray of food in the very direction of the man Miles had a question for. Quickly he released the webbing from his control, but the tray of food still flew. He attempted to blurt out his question, so that he might act surprised as though someone else threw the food.

"Is the target a bad guy?? Cause I can do it if he's a bad guy."

Regis - Bar - Ragnarok Three

Regis had taken his drink, and a rather disappointing one at that. The wine was dirty swill, and Regis showed it with each sip. He looked around the bar. More figures entered and left, everyone just going about their thing. He turned his attention to the old man at the bar, the one several others also seemed focussed on. One of Regis' ears would grow larger. His hearing was nigh unmatched like this, perks of the vampire bat power he had carried for centuries. He could hear the man mumble, but most of it seemed an incoherent mess. What exactly was this Joy he was talking about? Could it be the little pellets he took earlier? Before Regis could ponder on this, the man made an announcement. The man was a former Admiral of the marines, but age had caught up to him. Now he was back, with a vengeance. He sought the head of someone, someone clearly dangerous enough to warrant a heft bounty. Regis wondered just how much this man was weakened, if a former Admiral could no longer pursue a 300m bounty criminal himself.

"Age is a funny thing... to some." Regis whispered to himself, grinning coyly.

The man, now known as Koko, announced where and when he would be to meet those interested in pursuing this wanted man. He left a single poster. Regis took a few more sips, emptying the last of the dirty swill. He placed his payment on the bar for the barkeep and headed towards the poster. He took a glance at it, carefully trying to memorize any distinguishing features or warnings it might contain. Before he could speak to the man however, another figure made a move. A young man, nowhere near the age to be spending time in a place like this. He seemed to want the attention of Koko. Within moments of the young man springing up however, he made a mistake he'd likely regret. Somehow, through some mysterious adhesive, he threw a tray of food towards Koko. Regis, anticipating misery, began to walk outside. He would rest against the doorway of the bar, still listening in to the inside. Should anything bad happen, he was ready to depart quickly. Should things stay calm, he would try to follow Koko. This man was filled with mystery, and Regis wanted to find out exactly which mysteries.

    Stone Hinge
    Amber, Mr Torgue, Raizen

At the Marine HQ while everyone was losing their sh*t over Fleet Admiral Torgue's disappearance, the commotion served to cover up Rear Admiral Raizen Kurokyo's own disappearance. Evidently he had similar ideas about doing a runner and dumping his paperwork on his subordinates as Fleet Admiral Torgue had. Once Raizen left Marine HQ, he boarded a passenger boat headed for the Fountain of Giants. The final destination of the boat proved to be the city of Stone Hinge. At Stone Hinge, Raizen disembarked and he took in the sights. Unlike usually, Raizen was wearing just as simple set of clothes consisting of a grey coat and black jeans instead of his black hooded cloak though he still carried his signature mask with him though it was just inside his clothes rather than covering his face. Raizen didn't even bring any of his swords though given that he ate the Buki Buki no Mi and was thus a weapon man, not bringing them didn't really mean much.

So this is Stone Hinge huh? I'm not sure why but I was expecting there to be standing rocks arranged in circles. Ah well, whatever.

Raizen made his way through the busy city streets when a loud commotion about riding rockets caught his attention. Walking towards the commotion, Raizen saw a sign about how to travel to other cities. Either ride in a boring, safe submarine or get yourself strapped into a sketchy rocket. Well then, for the thrill seeker known as Raizen it was a no-brainer. As such he yelled at the two causing the commotion, not really paying attention to who they were.

Why ride a rocket when you can be a rocket? Oh no, wait. I got a better idea: become a rocket while inside a rocket. That way you can rocket while rocket. Pretty cool right? Did I just blow y'alls min-

At this point, Raizen finally recognized one of the people as Fleet Admiral Torgue.

Ah. Ahem. Erm, F- Fleet Admiral Torgue. Uh... I was just... uh... pa- patrolling this city for uh... bad guys and... uh.... dealing Justi- Oh who am I kidding? I'm playing hooky same as you. So you're having a rocket race eh? Count me in. This is certainly more thrilling than doing TPS reports.

With that, Raizen would walk up to one of the little green men and pay him before getting on a rocket of his own.

    Koko
    Ace - P20 - Hype - Kun

One thing kept Koko from being successful on going home. It was only a pause for the old sailor, but luckily that was all that had happened to him. Anything more, and the man would've been wrathful. The air could feel it once the tray hit the sailor square on the shoulder and back. Where a person got both a tray and a full meal in a bar was questionable, but later reports would say it was a bar staff having dinner and he brought it from home.

Food and gruel slopped off Koko's back, turning his head to look with a mix of hate and shame at the crowd. Miles' question went ignored as Koko stormed out of the pub, a new sense of shame in his step. It was as if his great proposal of a bounty and adventure to help an old hero was spat upon. As if he was ridiculed on stage, and the tomatoes came flying from those watching. The clank of his peg leg was loud as it went on stone and steel of the city street, with a certain hurried-ness not uncommon to the embarrassed or distressed.

Miles, left to sit with himself, would not be the only one in the room. His senses alone could probably answer for him what Koko could not. Regis was in a similar boat, going on the prowl to know more before launching himself one way or another. Tylor, from the bar, the only man to directly talk to Koko, would stay behind and then migrate over to a group of men who were noted to be the drug dealers. Juri would leave the bar, searching for that man who made the snow woman feel chills and ice along her spine.

The men Tylor approached would all turn, a bit off time between each other, to face him. A tall man, a medium man, and a short man they made, with the tall man at back, the medium man on a chair sitting at their table, and the short man sitting on said table. The gents would look at Tylor, before a hum came from the large man. The medium man began to make a "mop" sound, and the short man would begin to speak, all to the beat of the mopping.

"We have many drugs in this town! You will need to hunker down, and ask us which one you'd find profound... to your needs!"

"We have uppers and downers, some red blue all arounders, and nothing can stop us short of the buzz and their hounders."

"What do you need, little man? Do you have enough for a bottle, or should we serve it to you... in a dented tin can?"

The little man sung his first, but the second line came from a more deeper voice. The middle man sang his lines, and the little man backed up with a tatata tat sound. Finally, the large man took over, and the mops and tats would sound int he back. It was a singing triple, and they were quiet sincere: what drugs were there to talk about?

"We have the Flake that keeps you awake." as the short man brought out some literally flakey powder.

"I've heard the Yayo is certified wow-o!" A block of solid white, wrapped in wire and plastic.

"But never question, how juicy she tastes, when you take a lick of sweet Lucy." the large man would reveal a clear container with a single red pill inside.

"Or do you not want to toy, and just ask us all for Joy?" as all three opened their coats to reveal small bags, all like Koko's trade.

The men continued to sing, but the last line was all three at the same time in harmony. This act of theirs would receive a clap from some of the bar men and current customers. A show, all in selling hard drug. The men nodded, accepting the applause, before looking hard at Tylor while nodding.

Juri would search for that boss, feeling long and wide among the life of the port. Crime, debauchery, and humble lives working for a final cut of life. The streets Juri walked blind but seeing true were filled with people going home for the night, as night was regulated strange in these streets; the lights would change from bright to dim to match it all. Juri wouldn't know and had to trust her circadian rhythm... but details were useless when she couldn't find that man.

Searching and searching, the only thing she felt was a presence. Not at her, but next to Koko. A void of death, shaped like a man. It was next to Koko, and it didn't talk.

"I'm too old to go after him, Razz. Too old to chase him down and keehaul the lot like the old days AND guard your ore. Get some more men to hold off the vein. I can kill him and end this white whale rubbish."

"No, no, no. It's okay. I want you, Koko. I need you for my Joy. You are... perfect."

    "Aye? Per...fect... hoho..."

"I saw what happened. Don't let that nasty bar get you down. Take that frown, turn it upside down, with a smile and some Joy."

"Ya really there for me since the rip and tea-"

Razz was the man's name. The man who Juri could not feel until he was already present. Should she get closer, she could finally feel his sickening life. The man was murderous, yet something made him difficult to read. Juri had to focus, but she'd see that man's hand cover Koko's lips, interrupting him about a rip. As if Razz knew that someone was listening.

"You know, there was a marine in that bar. A marine and a bounty hunter. She was nice, that marine. She wants you dead, Koko. You know too much about the labs. You know the labs."

"Sacred Blessings. I was never given the reports... it's not my fault!"

"YET YOU ARE BLAMED! They sent her to kill you. I saw it in her teeth!"

"Damn that wretched *****! Let the sea dog come; the marines have died long ago with my friend... my heart turned ice."

Twsiting steel pierced Koko's mind as lies sought to scar him. The lies Razz fed the man were wicked, and Juri knew they were all about her.
Regis would not know these details, but he'd know at least that Koko was maybe in danger for crimes most treasonous. Razzo, his full name, would slip a hand into Koko's shirts, to drop off even more of whatever he gave Koko earlier.

"If it gets rough, I got you a date in that bag. It's good to feel the Joy of life, but maybe some lovin' with Lucy can go even further."

Razzo would break away, disappearing as he came, leaving Koko to his mind and new found rage.

Koko now moved with an anger to his step as the purple district came into view. Those who could smell or hear or sense would see that there were some people around the area, watching Koko enter. A large brute behind a wall would lumber away once Koko made his way. A strange headed thing that giggled every motion is made did so and left as well. That thing, to the poor nose that picked it up, reeked of molded fries and grease. A final man, who could be seen with mohawk and spiked armor, was high on a building top, riding a doe. Not a deer; a cute, adorable doe. The man wore shades and his face was stiff and hard; a serious man upon his doe. Once Koko was in, he was gone.

Regis, Juri - Following Koko - Ragnarok Three

Throughout the town, whispers would arise. One second, a man appeared, only to disappear in a flash of red mist seconds later. Most of these whispers would be considered crazy talk from the regular crooks and drunks residing in Ragnarok Three. Regis found this faster than walking, as well as more secretive. Last thing he wanted was a former admiral finding out a centuries old vampire was stalking him. Regis did not know why Koko interested him so much, or whether it was even Koko himself that drew his attention so much. As a surgeon, he was naturally interested in this drug Koko was clearly addicted to. After a while of stalking the darkness and hiding in shadows, Regis found Koko in the company of another figure. This was one was... different. He spoke to Koko in a manner that seemed supportive enough. Were they old friends? Regis was relatively unaware of things that happened within the marines or which large pirate groups were ruling. Such events seemed trifling and fleeting after the first two centuries.

Koko seemed agitated, a reasonable response giving he had just been hit by a food tray. He wanted help, but the man -apparently named Razz- didn't think so. He called Koko perfect. Were these two lovers? Regis had little to base his thoughts on, but he kept an open mind. Some event was mentioned, something named Sacred Blessings. He'd heard that name before, but never read into it. Someone was hunting Koko, someone from the bar. Was it one of the people Regis saw coming in? It was a woman, which narrowed the choices down quite a bit. The first that sprung to mind was the fishwoman. She had entered the bar only a short while before Koko stormed out. It seemed she was a marine. Regis thought it was weird for marines to hunt a former admiral. Perhaps Koko had betrayed them? Regis was old enough to realize the Marines were not always on the right side of history, but had no qualms with them otherwise. While Regis thought on this Koko received another... present. Or... was it a lover's touch?

    "The hole goes ever deeper."

Regis would wonder. Who should he follow? Razzo seemed an enigmatic figure, but he wanted to know more about Koko. He decided to go after the source of the drugs. If he could, he would follow Razz. Regis had no hostilities in mind. If he could spot Razz, he would try to get his attention.

"Excuse me, I have a few questions..."

    Ragnarok Three
    Regis, Tylor, Miles, Juri

Night was coming to the city, but it mattered not to Juri. She focused, searching the streets past all the grime and thuggery to find who she was looking for. She didn't find the boss per se, but she found Koko conversing with him. All other noise was ignored - she focused in on those two. The boss' name was Razz, one more question answered. As she listened, it became apparent that Koko wasn't as strong as he formerly was. Age was the main factor in determining that. The conversation continued, until Razz covered up Koko's mouth, effectively interrupting him. It was as if he knew Juri was listening in on them.

Listening in further, Razz fed lies to Koko. Juri scoffed and grit her teeth - Razz had the old man cornered where he could push him to do his bidding. Koko didn't seem to resist either - Joy kept being brought up. The more she heard that term, the more it sounded like a drug. And that was probably what Razz used to put Koko on a leash. Razz fired up Koko, the old sailor held nothing but bitter hatred for the marines. And Juri was made an obvious target, with Razz feeding lies to Koko that she was here to kill him.

The conversation was done, and Koko entered into a building with men keeping watch. There a few, but they varied in shape and size. Juri viewed this from her mantra, her mind's eye, and decided that now she knew where Koko was, she didn't have to follow. She was still nearby the Euphoria's Wink, having kept her distance. She had to assume Razz had powerful mantra, otherwise he wouldn't have acted the way he had when Juri was listening. Direct action at this point was a no go, so she had to figure something else out. Perhaps...the bounty was her way in? The man he wanted dead, Prometheus, was said to be in the Red Floaty District, so that was where she would go.

"That man, Razz, has got to be the leader in this ring" She thought to herself. She didn't speak aloud - only gathering her thoughts. "Not only does he have Koko wrapped around his finger, but he's also on to me. I can't directly confront them. But maybe...if I have a way to barter in, then I can get inside that building. Prometheus...Koko wants him dead, but can't do it himself. Sounds like I need to go pay this man a visit. He was said to be in the Red Floaty district somewhere. I guess that's where I'll go."

And with that, Juri started making her way to the Red Floaty district, to find the man with the 300 million berri bounty on his head.

Maneki-neko Casino - Red Floaty District
Sensui, Hale, Ceasar, Tenguman, Irra/Akai (?)

Tenguman hat arrived in the casino before anyone else. He sat at the blackjack table and lost some money to pass the time. He wore a black suit and tie paired with his signature red Tengu mask. He had placed Yoru leaning on the balck jack table next to him. When Hale arrived and asked for the bartender, a sleepy dude at the bar began to answer. He was aparently the owner of this place and offered a large price for anyone who took down ex-admiral koko, who was aparently on this island aswell. Tenguman listened carefully.

However he didn't expect the reaction of the blonde lady (Hale) that was unknown to him until now. She blackened her arm in haki and some other black stuff and began to punch towards the bartender.

The bakumetal outside, laced with sea-stone, had many damages. The astral had to summon a few extra hands to begin heaving and ho-ing over the casket, trying to budge it open even the slightest. Pain and desperation began to seep into the astral, despite being unfeeling. Something was very wrong.

A creak and a wisp of air would sound, and the casket was free. Morticia looked upon herself in absolute horror.

Cooked. Flesh cooked from heat and burning. Intense heat, burns, and searing. Large swathes of damage were upon the body. Morticia stared and wondered how? How was she not dead and how could she even be in this form.

The life support within the coffin was keeping her alive, breathing, and conscious. A miracle! A miracle the astral did not want to disturb, for she knew the pain her body was in was and if she went back into that shell, she would die. Quickly, Morti began to drag her own destroyed living carcass, dragging it somewhere she deemed safe. Her ghosts would find a small shop, a smithy, where she would enter.

The sound of hammers and crying would be all one could hear.

    Ragnarok Three - Following Koko
    Regis, Tylor, Miles, Juri

An innocent prank gone awry, Miles learned first hand that life was all fun and games up until one is pelted with a food tray. The unfortunate recipient of the fly-away tray was devastated emotionally by this. It was not only visible to these patrons of the bar, but even more so to Miles. The boy was hurt. He had no ill will towards the elderly, and certainly not towards a man who'd offer him a job..

Miles was a good boy... and so he planned to right his wrong. A short moment had passed, and several had made their way out of the bar. At this time, Miles scurried toward the bar itself. His shaking hands reached into his backpack and returned full with Beri. " I'll gladly pay any tab Koko has opened today. Kbai." declared the teenager as he rushed outside the bar. He had missed the conversation between Koko and Razz, but his Spidey-Sense aided him in tailing Koko

His intentions were pure, the boy aimed to apologize to Koko. However, he'd be lead into another location. It was obvious Koko was a man of mystery, and as he'd enter into a dark room where he'd disappear, Miles would soon have to find another form of apology. He ducked into an alleyway, and quickly donned his trademark spideysuit. Now clad in black and full of determination, the boy would find his goal.

"Bad Guy or not, I'll get this 'Prometheus for Koko. That oughta cheer him up." Miles thought to himself, but he knew not what trouble he'd be in store for. And so begins the saga of Spiderman and the depths of an apology.

    Tylor, Juri, Spoderman, Regis

Koko left the bar in a bad moon and Tylor would let him do so. It would be easier to interrogate people without his interference, most likely. If Koko was involved with the drug trade, he would probably want to avoid having his dealers be so casually revealed. Tylor would walk up to a couple of the drug pushers, who broke into song as he asked about their wares. It was a well composed song with good lyrics, but not exactly what Tylor was looking for.

"Like some no name scrubs like you guys would have the good stuff. How about you point me out to your source?"

Tylor would reel back his sword and swipe down. The table in the middle of the three drug pushers would be cut down the middle as a show of force.

"Tell me where you get the Joy unless you want to end up like that."

It was unlikely that the trio would just freely give out their source by asking politely, so Tylor decided to skip the middle man. It wasn't a stretch for them to have to deal with some petty criminals looking for a quick fix in the past. A simple threat and pointing a weapon at them wasn't going to cut it. A real display of strength was needed; hence the bisecting of the table.
