I have not started yet with Wok Of Love, but I am finishing two drama's soon, this will be the next one.
It was anticipated by me as soon as I learned that Jung Ryeo Won was one of the leads.
It is probably Her Australian youth that gives her acting a different "don't mess with me"-vibe, with a comic flavour often.

The anti-hero drama theme looks promising as well.

Balancing heavy and light dramas works well, this is the perfect drama after two long historical dramas in a row.
    Starting with ep.3 .

We have three people in our family, including our own son, who are working on a pretty high level in the restaurant-business.
Our niece was in HangZhou-China for a year for her study in this field, working in the kitchen and as waitress.
Nice stories they can tell , and besides the bizar elements in this drama, the reality comes very close here.
( Like it did in 'Pasta!" , same writer.)

I don't remember which famous TV-chef said this: "No mentally healthy people can do this job, you have to be a bit crazy for it"

All people in the drama are a bit , or even advanced crazy

We are on tour in Canada at the moment, for vacation including family-visits. .
Depending on Wifi-speed in motels or homes, I am able sometimes to catch up with The Wok.
There is a certain restrained humor in it that I like.
Everybody wanting something really exciting to happen will be disappointed I think.
I watch this after two heavy dramas, it is still the best one to bring balance.

Catching up , till ep. 16.
The drama is speeding up now, the romantic and busness warzones becoming clear.

There is a reverse sort of acting by the whole cast. Nicely overdone in minor-stress situations, while being completely relaxed when the world seems to collapse around them. The ranking is not high compared with other dramas, but they all know what they do.
